Indoor Classes
Velo Souplesse indoor classes are the cornerstone of the facility’s programs and are designed for all levels of cyclists. Using the Computrainer MultiRider system, athletes bring their own bicycles and Velo Souplesse instructors install and calibrate the machines to your specifications. Different programs are offered to meet each rider’s ability level whether you are simply looking to lose weight and gain fitness or to systematically prepare for your highest competitive racing goals.

A la carte class that gives various general workouts. An instructor leads the group through mixed intervals and drills with appropriate seasonal intensity. Riders may sign up through the online calendar up to an hour before the session begins. Walk in signups are permitted up to 20 minutes before the class begins based on availability.
Any level of cyclist may participate and each rider’s effort will be based on his or her individual power and heart rate zones. Recurring Velo Souplesse athletes are encouraged to bring their zone information to properly gauge their own intensity.

Six week continuous program that builds your cycling fitness accordingly based on the time of year. The training package’s first class is a group, 8-mile field test that gives each rider his or her Velo Souplesse Fitness Zones to be used for the following 11 classes. All sessions will use interval training based on power and heart rate.
For cyclists who are interested in committing to a structured training program that gradually increases in intensity over the course of the winter. It is not required that participants compete, but the training will be organized how a racer would generally prepare for a spring and summer of racing.

Get-Fit program

Six or twelve week non-continuous program for general cycling fitness. Each class will be different with a combination of both structured interval workouts and open group rides on custom courses. The Get-Fit program is designed to increase each participant’s overall fitness by focusing on drills to burn calories and increase aerobic capacity. The first class is a group, 8-mile field test that gives each rider his or her Velo Souplesse Fitness Zones to be used for the following 11 classes.
All levels of cyclists who are either recreational or competitive but aimed more towards those who do not have specific competitive goals for the spring and summer racing season or who simply desire less structured and more social training.

Six week continuous program for general fitness with an emphasis on technique, basic cycling skills, and ways to improve overall riding. The program will be fun, social, and will vary in activity from week to week which includes some structured workouts, open rides on custom courses, and technique practice.

Led by experienced triathletes, classes will focus on longer interval training and endurance drills that best prepare for triathlons. Special discount package for clubs, teams, or peer groups who wish to bring their squad to a higher collective level of fitness. This package is fully customizable based on your team’s goals. Your team will work with Velo Souplesse coach’s to design the perfect preparatory program for the season, a race, bike tour, company outing, etc and can meet either once or twice a week during non-scheduled hours
