In addition to instructional indoor classes, Velo Souplesse offers individual and group outdoor sessions to give athletes the opportunity to work closely with experienced cyclists. Clinic activities range from basic group riding & bike handling technique to advanced lead-out training & sprint work.

Personal ride with Velo Souplesse Coach

Basic cycling lessons covering technique and bike handling. An instructor will lead you on an easy ride to discuss and practice various drills and exercises to increase your efficiency on the bike.
Velo Souplesse Group Clinic

| includes: | 5 weekend sessions, 1.5hrs each, minimum of three participants Single 1.5hr group sessions available by appointment: $25 a rider with a minimum of 4 participants |
Group lessons and practice covering a variety of techniques. The Group Clinic is a continuous program that uses the previous week’s drills as a base for each proceeding session. The first session’s topic will be established based on the group’s current experience level.
Advanced Team Training

Advanced Team Training is designed for increasing a competitive racing team’s shared fitness, improving dexterity within the bunch, and augmenting group cohesion. This program teaches you how to win. Most drills will be practiced at speed for a combination of fitness and technique training.
- Session 1: On-the-grass contact & bumping drills
- Session 2: Souplesse – pedaling technique, momentum conservation, tempo riding
- Session 2: Advanced paceline and echelon work, high-speed cornering
- Session 3: Sprint technique – standing starts and match sprints
- Session 4: Group lead outs and advanced sprint work
Advanced Team Training requires a group with strong goals and willingness for structured training. This program is aimed at passionate squads who are looking to take their racing to the next level.
