Velo Souplesse's News
May 3, 2010
Velo Souplesse Athletes,
Velo Souplesse is currently running indoor classes at the facility and new times have been added to the schedule. Many riders have requested to come in throughout the summer months to maintain structured training and intensity year-round. It is extremely beneficial to complete at least one interval workout a week while closely monitoring your numbers to uphold the fitness you worked so hard to build throughout the winter. Classes will be run at the same times every week and riders can choose how many classes to purchase at once. Field tests will be run during the classes every 7th week beginning on the week of May 17th. Next round of field tests will be July 5th. Email me back to book a spot in a class.
Below outlines the hours and availability of structured interval classes:
Mondays, 6:00pm: 8 slots available (must have 4 to begin) – Coach: Mike Chauner
Tuesdays, 7:00am: 2 slots available – Coach: Mike Chauner
Tuesdays, 6:30pm: 8 slots available (must have 4 to begin) – Coach: Tim Gresh
Wednesdays, 6:00pm: 3 slots available – Coach: Tim Gresh
New Pricing:
Classes are purchased in “booklets” and clients can redeem each class at any point throughout the year. Remaining classes by the end of the year can be rolled over for the next season.
• 10 Classes: $250
• 20 Classes: $475
• 30 Classes: $675
• 50 Classes: $1000
• Single Field Test: $50
• Cash or check only
Retail Hours:
The studio now has regular retail hours for bicycle sales and appointment scheduling for fits and coaching. Currently Velo Souplesse is open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12-8pm. During those times, cyclists can sign up for open riding on the Computrainers using the manual head-units for $15 an hour. This is a great way to get a workout in if you have limited time to ride outside or in the case of bad weather. Various suggested workouts for different types of intensity are available at the facility for clients to use during open hours. Classes purchased in a booklet are good for 1.5 hrs riding time during open hours.
Walk-ins are welcome and groups may book trainer time 24hrs in advance and can use the Multi-Rider software for custom courses and drafting. Call ahead to inquire about trainer availability during open hours.
Thanks and see you soon!
